Return Policy

How to Return:

If you wish to return an item you purchased on the Site, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Please note that we cannot process direct exchanges for other sizes or items, but we can provide you with store credit so that you can purchase the size you need. Please do not return an item before you have been authorized by our returns portal.

Please note that once your return is approved, you must ship the item back within 48 business hours of your return being approved. The reason for this policy is that in order to be able to launch so much new inventory, our stock sells out very quickly. We need to return items in a timely manner so that we can restock new stock once these items sell out.

This protection provides a free return shipping label if a customer needs to return an item.

Customers who do not purchase return protection are responsible for return shipping costs.
